Table of Contents
1. Processing Times
Processing time is the period between when an order is placed and when the seller ships it. Standard processing times are 1-2 business days, though sellers may set custom processing times based on product availability. Processing times are displayed on each product detail page and at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
ZOMART supports the following shipping methods: Standard Shipping (3-5 business days); Expedited Shipping (2 business days); Priority Shipping (1 business day); and International Shipping (varies by destination). Prime-eligible items qualify for free two-day shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the seller's shipping rates, package weight, and destination.
3. FBZ vs FBM Fulfillment
FBZ (Fulfilled by ZOMART): Sellers send inventory to ZOMART fulfillment centers. ZOMART handles storage, packing, shipping, customer service, and returns. FBZ items are Prime-eligible. FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant): Sellers store, pack, and ship their own inventory. Sellers are responsible for providing tracking numbers and meeting shipping performance standards.
4. Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Sellers must provide valid tracking numbers within 24 hours of shipment. Tracking information is available in Your Orders and through carrier websites. If tracking information is not provided within 48 hours, the order may be considered late and the buyer may be eligible to cancel.
5. International Shipping
Sellers may offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times for international orders vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier capabilities. ZOMART is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is not delivered within the estimated delivery window, buyers should: check tracking status; contact the seller through the messaging system; and if unresolved after 3 days, file an A-to-z Guarantee claim. Sellers are responsible for ensuring packages are delivered. If a package is lost in transit, the seller must issue a refund or replacement and file a claim with the carrier.
